  1. I heard that the quarterly print journal is going away. What does that mean? 
    In August 2024, all subscribers received this email which provides an explanation for this change. 
     
  2. I am trying to subscribe/renew and cannot find a link? 
    As of October 1, 2024, Reformed Worship will no longer be accepting new subscriptions or renewals because we are transitioning to a focus on providing free online resources. The last print issue will be sent out in June 2025 with the digital library available at least till July 2025. However, ReformedWorship.org will continue to add new resources and articles and make more of its material available for free.
     
  3. I am a subscriber and my last issue is 153 (September), 154 (December), 155 (March), or 156 (June).  Do I need to cancel my subscription or renew it? 
    You do not need to do anything. You will not be charged and will receive all remaining issues and access to the digital library through RW 156, June 2025. 
     
  4. I paid for issues beyond June 2025, RW 156. How do I get a refund? 
    All those who qualify for an refund have been emailed. Requests for a refund are due November 1, 2024. 
     
  5. I am a subscriber but I am not getting any of this information. What should I do? 
    If someone else from your church/organization filled out your subscription chances are they put in their own or the church/organization's email and are receiving them. Check with them and make sure that they forward any emails to you. There are a few people who never provided an email to us. If that is you please email info@ReformedWorship.org with any account information you have and we will add your email so you don't miss future communications.

  7. My log in isn't working. 
    1. Make sure you are using the postal/zip from the billing address on file not the mailing address. 
    2. If you zip starts with a 0 try the password without it.
